It Depends: An Employment Law Update Approved for 1 hr CLE in Kansas

This CLE will examine three significant trends in employment law that shape today’s workplaces. Topics will include recent EEOC and KHRC developments, trends in hostile work environment claims (i.e., harassment and discrimination), and emerging issues in ADA compliance. Attendees will receive practical guidance on these legal developments, best practices, and evolving case law in each of these areas, along with other resources to assist them in advising clients and navigating employment law matters.
