The Science of Storm Analysis: How Forensic Meteorology Can Serve Litigation Needs is a one hour CLE presented by Senior Forensic Meteorologist Jared Leighton. This program provides an overview of the scientific methods used by forensic meteorologists to investigate weather related claims and present findings through written reports and sworn testimony.

As courts continue to scrutinize testimony from non experts who rely on automated weather data, this course will help attorneys better evaluate expert opinions, challenge unreliable reports, and determine when forensic meteorology is critical to litigation strategy.

This CLE is particularly relevant for insurance defense and plaintiff attorneys, personal injury lawyers, civil litigators, construction and property law practitioners, municipal attorneys, and any attorney handling matters where weather conditions may impact liability or damages.
