Our two-hour presentation will address the many changes which are occurring in employment law, labor law and human resources, and which will most certainly impact your practice of law as well as your clients.

This CLE will cover current legal and human resources topics to allow you to remain ahead of new and proposed regulations, identify new trends in leave and accommodation law, learn about the latest NLRB updates, and assist with updating employee handbooks.

Specifically, the presentation will address EEO policies, disability and religious accommodations, FMLA, the PUMP Act, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, remote work, social media, EEOC and KHRC charges and complaints, as well as other pertinent issues.

John Dietrick has been actively involved in the practice of law for almost 40 years, is licensed in both Kansas and Louisiana, and is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the United States Supreme Court Bar Association. His practice is committed to the highest standards of legal excellence and ethics.


Allison Zerbe is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. Allison joined The Law Offices of John R. Dietrick, P.A., in June 2018 during her final year of Law School as a Law Clerk. Allison obtained her law license in April of 2019, after successfully completing the February Bar Exam, and became an Associate Attorney with Dietrick Law. She specializes in Employment, Corporate, Labor, and Tribal law.
