John Dietrick has been actively involved in the practice of law for almost 40 years, is licensed in both Kansas and Louisiana, and is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the United States Supreme Court Bar Association. His practice is committed to the highest standards of legal excellence and ethics.


Allison Zerbe is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. Allison joined The Law Offices of John R. Dietrick, P.A., in June 2018 during her final year of Law School as a Law Clerk. Allison obtained her law license in April of 2019, after successfully completing the February Bar Exam, and became an Associate Attorney with Dietrick Law. She specializes in Employment, Corporate,  Labor, and Tribal law.
