Expungements in Kansas CLE

The CLE will cover the ins and out of expungement law in Kansas, and specifically Shawnee County expungements. Topics to include: what convictions can be expunged, waiting periods, process, and when convictions must be disclosed even if expunged. The CLE also will briefly touch on limited scope representation and the Shawnee County expungement forms.
