The investiture of Penny R. Moylan to the Shawnee County District Court Bench is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 22 in Courtroom 4D (Room 403). There will be a reception immediately following the swearing-in. She will officially begin her duties as Duty Judge and Division 7 Monday, November 25.
